We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER who can not only coordinate the project but also actively drive its implementation and work closely with technology partners, equipment suppliers and the future production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with equipment and technology suppliers;

• Coordinate the preparation of production premises and infrastructure;

• Manage equipment delivery, installation and commissioning;

• Coordinate the development and implementation of production processes;

• Contribute to the establishment of quality control systems;

• Organize the recruitment and training of the required production personnel;

• Coordinate the development of warehouse and logistics processes;

• Ensure the project is ready for the launch of the first commercial production.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in manufacturing project management;

  • Experience in establishing a new production line, manufacturing facility or production unit;

  • Experience managing a project from planning through implementation and operational launch;

  • Experience working with equipment suppliers and technology partners;

  • Understanding of production process organization, production flow and quality control;

  • Experience coordinating project teams and various stakeholders;

  • Ability to make independent decisions and drive the project towards results;

  • Fluency in Latvian and English.

What We Offer:

  • Salary starting from €4,000 gross/month, depending on the candidate's knowledge, experience and expectations;

  • In addition to the fixed salary, an opportunity to become a co-owner of the company upon successful completion of the project;

  • Social insurance, health insurance and other benefits;

  • A dynamic working environment and a supportive team;

  • Full-time position, with the possibility of hybrid work depending on the stage of the project;

  • Location: Riga, Latvia.

You will be the person coordinating the journey from the initial idea and technology selection to the point where the production facility is fully operational and the first commercial products are manufactured.

The project will provide an opportunity to work with international technology and equipment suppliers, build a new team and have a significant influence on how the new production facility is established and operated.
