Construction and Energy Projects in Germany
We are looking for an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join construction and wind energy projects in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to apply their knowledge and experience, work on significant international projects, and gain valuable experience in an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements on construction sites;
Conduct employee safety briefings and provide guidance on occupational health and safety matters;
Identify and assess workplace risks;
Review occupational health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements;
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements among subcontractors;
Participate in occupational health and safety meetings;
Cooperate with project management, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders;
Identify potential risks and actively participate in implementing preventive measures.
Requirements:
Relevant education and qualifications in occupational health and safety;
At least 2 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety;
Good command of English – required;
German language skills – will be considered as strong advantage;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and a high level of responsibility;
Ability to make decisions and respond effectively to situations;
Category B driving licence;
Willingness to work in Germany and travel regularly on business assignments.

Salary: €3,000 gross per month;
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation;
