Construction and Energy Projects in Germany


We are looking for an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to join construction and wind energy projects in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to apply their knowledge and experience, work on significant international projects, and gain valuable experience in an international working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements on construction sites;

  • Conduct employee safety briefings and provide guidance on occupational health and safety matters;

  • Identify and assess workplace risks;

  • Review occupational health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements;

  • Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements among subcontractors;

  • Participate in occupational health and safety meetings;

  • Cooperate with project management, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders;

  • Identify potential risks and actively participate in implementing preventive measures.


Requirements:

  • Relevant education and qualifications in occupational health and safety;

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety;

  • Good command of English – required;

  • German language skills – will be considered as strong advantage;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and a high level of responsibility;

  • Ability to make decisions and respond effectively to situations;

  • Category B driving licence;

  • Willingness to work in Germany and travel regularly on business assignments.

  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation;
